We are delighted to invite you to our prisma Clinic Session at the upcoming SPOD 2025! If you have any inquiries regarding the prisma platform, this is a valuable opportunity to discuss it with the prisma team.
Where: SPOD 2025 at Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel
Date: Tuesday, 20 & Wednesday, 21 May
Time: 9AM to 6PM (both days)
Our team will support queries related to the following four main areas:
Entity Management

- Access control and prisma log in
- Team creation
- Membership-related
- Asset-related
Audit & Certification
Examples:
- Audit application and status
- Licence application and status
- Traders / Distributors license-related
Trade & Traceability
Examples:
- Stock balance and trade activities
- Credits claiming and buying
- Announcements and trace related
Trade Management
Examples:
- Invoicing
- Member Bank Details
- Account Balance
Each clinic session will be for 30 mins. If you have questions from multiple areas (eg. Audit + Trade), kindly book multiple (non clashing) clinic slots as different team members will be attending each area.

Priority for booking slots will be given to RSPO Members who are directly involved in the palm oil supply chain and are current users of prisma. Upon receiving your booking, we will review it and confirm your slot separately.
