Carolyn Lim joined the Group in 2012 and leads corporate communications, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement at one of the world’s largest palm oil companies.

Having worked in the industry for over a decade, Carolyn started work in the sector in 2007, just as environmental issues began gaining traction in the public sphere. She enjoys finding the sweet spots in which private companies and NGOs can collaborate in a meaningful and impactful manner.
