There I started first in Products Safety Department, since ca. 7 years I am R&D Manager.
Kao has special interest in palm oil because chemical derivatives are used as surfactants. Kao joined RSPO shortly in 2006 after its funding in 2004. Kao participates in a programme for supporting smallholders in Indonesia. (SMILE project).
