Meg Phillips is Koltiva’s Head of Programs, leading Koltiva’s project management teams to design and execute sustainable sourcing projects across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. For over seven years, she has led programs in collaboration with multinational agribusinesses to improve farmer livelihoods while protecting human and natural resources. She graduated with a Master’s in International Management and Sustainability from Sciences Po Paris. Her expertise includes regenerative agricultural systems, certification schemes, digital traceability, women’s inclusion, and rural community development. With her diverse skill set, she is pivotal in driving positive change within the agricultural industry and contributes to Koltiva’s commitment to building ethical, transparent, and sustainable supply chains.
