Caroline Westerik-Sikking is a driven sustainability leader with a strong belief that sustainability should be part of a company’s purpose to really embrace it in business.
She graduated at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in Business Administration and has always operated in international business to business environments. She joined AAK in September 2017 to lead AAK’s global sustainable palm strategy.
She is now leading AAK’s global sustainability strategy and sustainable sourcing strategy and programs.
Caroline has been working on responsible raw material supply chains and sustainability in different businesses since 2011. Before that she has an extensive experience in business to business marketing and sales.
