Annelotte leads the expansion and partnership development of SourceUp, the online platform that facilitates company engagement and investment in Landscape Initiatives in key supply sheds.SourceUp currently showcases 50+ landscape initiative profiles (of which 14 with Palm Oil production), convened by 20+ organizations and supported by 80+ companies, with a strong focus on progress & governance reporting and on investment opportunities.Annelotte has an MsC in Business Administration and started her career in strategy consulting. She worked in business development and business management roles in the fresh produce industry for ten years and joined IDH in 2018 to fully focus on sustainable development. Since 2022 she heads the SourceUp team. She lives in the Netherlands with her family, enjoying a wide range of sports in her spare time, such as crossfit, ski touring, surfing and road cycling.
