Anny is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee of the Living Income Community of Practice and leading the work on sustainability systems and livelihoods at ISEAL. ISEAL is an international organization that empowers sustainability systems to drive global change by defining credible practices, identifying solutions to key challenges, and supporting innovation and scaling up solutions.

Anny has a background in law and human rights. Before joining ISEAL in 2024, she was the Global lead on living wages at the Rainforest Alliance, working to advance human rights and labour rights across multiple supply chains and countries and used to chair the Steering Committee of the Global Living Wage Coalition.
