Charlottee has an extensive background in international affairs and social policy within the Dutch ministry. She has contributed to various government initiatives, such as responsible business conduct, promotion of decent work, SDGs, and elimination of child labour. Additionally, Charlotte brings expertise in living wage and income, sustainable palm oil, ILO matters and diplomatic collaboration across international platforms. Charlotte was one of the experts, and the government group spokesperson, in the ILO’s tripartite expert meeting on wage setting, including living wages.
