Clotilde is Head of Transformation and Chief of Staff at Biscuit International, Europe’s leading private label biscuit and bread substitutes manufacturer.
In her current role, as a member of Biscuit International’s Executive Committee, she is responsible for designing and implementing a sustainability strategy across the organisation, as well as steering the group’s communications and transformation strategy.

Prior to this, Clotilde held various management positions in the media sector and brings more than 10 years of experience in digital transformation and strategic innovation.
She started her career within KPMG’s consulting division specialising in risk management strategy, internal audit and compliance services.

Clotilde is based in Paris where she lives with her husband and two kids.
