Francesca Morgante joined RSPO in October 2018. Currently she is appointed as Head, Global Key Accounts & Market Transformation (Europe), responsible for pan-european projects,  key account management, and market development activities in key European countries. Before joining RSPO she gained experience in cosmetics, organic production and certification as she has been responsible for many years of the marketing of a quality seal for natural and organic cosmetics. Francesca holds a degree in Development and International Cooperation from the Bologna University and has more than 15 years experience within the non-profit sector at an international level, including some work with NGOs in Italy, her own country, and abroad. She lives in Bologna with her husband and two children.
