Olatz leads the coordination of the NISCOPS palm oil programme and the soy programme.

Olatz brings a strong interdisciplinary background, holding degrees in Business Administration and Economics, along with a Master’s in Human Rights Law. Before joining IDH in 2022, she served as the compliance lead for the Drive Sustainability initiative at CSR Europe, where she worked to advance human and labour rights across the automotive sector.

Her expertise spans supply chain sustainability, business and human rights, private sector engagement, sustainable agri-commodities trade, and corporate responsibility. With a solid foundation in law and human rights, Olatz plays a key role in supporting companies to implement responsible practices throughout complex international supply chains.
