Sarah joined Transitions after 6 years of experience in the global health and Corporate Social Responsibility sectors. Previously, she was responsible for overseeing and harmonizing the supply of medicines to various countries in West Africa in the fight against HIV and malaria.

At Transitions, Sarah advises international companies on their sustainable procurement issues and engages teams to identify action levers and subsequently develop robust roadmaps. This has included the design of sustainable sourcing policies, circularity strategies, the transformation of sourcing teams as well as the deployment of supplier assessment and engagement tools for key commodities.

Since 2025, Sarah is leading Transitions’ overall coalitions strategy and deployment in multiple sectors, in particular overseeing the implementation of 2 collaborative initiatives Action for Sustainable Derivatives (ASD) & Action for Responsible Timber Sourcing (ARTS).
