Vaibhav is the Senior Innovation Manager at IDH supporting IDH’s thematic work on farmer incomes. He leads IDH’s thought leadership, tools and advisory on the topic on Living Income supporting multiple sectors like Cocoa, Coffee, Spices, Palm and Cotton. He comes with 12+ years of experience in social development and agricultural value chains including having been a small-holder farmer himself. He holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Food Systems from Wageningen University and is also a member of Living Income Community of practices’ Strategic Advisory and Technical advisory committee.
