He covers responsible sourcing approaches and leads on Co-op’s deforestation and conversion-free commitments. This includes work on soy, palm oil, and cocoa supply chains, cross-industry collaboration, and partnership programmes to restore forests and nature, and support those producing the ingredients in Co-op products.
