Upholding the belief that “Businesses should become sustainable business, always”, Caroline Westerik-Sikking is a driven and experienced sustainability leader championing sustainability as an integrated part of company purpose and strategy.

She joined AAK in September 2017 to lead AAK’s global sustainable palm strategy, and now leads AAK’s global sustainability strategy, implementation and sustainable sourcing programmes. Caroline has been working on responsible raw material supply chains and sustainability in different businesses since 2011. She has been a member of the RSPO Board of Governors since November 2025.
