With over 35 years of experience in the oils and fats industry, including leading crusher and refiners, Gary Lewis is currently the Head of Business Development and Sustainability at KTC Group, one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of cooking oils. He champions sustainable initiatives, including KTC’s commitment to 100% RSPO Certified sustainable segregated palm oil, across an operation into food service, bakery and manufacturing. He is the President of the National Edible Oils Distributors’ Association (NEODA), a trade association that represents leading UK refiners, packers and distributors.
