Nadine is the Global Responsible Sourcing Lead at Nestlé, where she develops and drives the company’s palm oil strategy related to topics such as traceability, human rights due diligence, smallholder inclusion, and regenerative agriculture, amongst others. She works in close collaboration internally with the procurement team as well as externally with suppliers, NGOs and other brands to foster collective action within the industry.

Previously, Nadine worked with project developers to implement high-quality nature-based removal projects within the Nestlé supply chain to support Nestle’s ambition to reach Net Zero by 2050. She has a Master’s in Environmental Sciences and Policy and previously worked at a nature-based project implementor where she focused on the coffee and cocoa supply chain.
