Rob has been the Sustainability Manager at Silbury since December 2022. As the largest pizza sauce manufacturer in Europe, Silbury is well-known as a manufacturer/supplier to the food service industry, specialising in tomato-based sauces, edible oils and fats, including palm oil.

Following a successful 20-year career at Marks & Spencer, spanning operational retail, strategy, and corporate sustainability, Rob joined Silbury to build on its momentum. By enhancing its structure and capacity to existing work, Rob helped steer the Silbury team to develop a cross-business sustainability plan, reporting progress through an annual ESG report in 2024 and 2025.
